在事故狀態(tài)下啟動風機,操作人員要往返于各個就地控制點,勞動強度大,操作速度慢,需要人員多,大大延長了風機啟動時間,不符合《煤礦安全規(guī)程》第121條規(guī)定:“備用通風機必須能在10min內(nèi)開動”的要求;同時采用繼電器、接觸器作為控制器件,可靠性差,故障率高,經(jīng)常有繼電器燒壞,造成風機停機事故,且排查故障用時較長。必須用新技術(shù)改造、完善南風井主通風機電控系統(tǒng),保證礦井通風安全,適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化礦井信息化、智能化發(fā)展要求。
6ES7416-2FK02-0AB0使用數(shù)據(jù)基于S7-300PLC的礦山主通風機智能化電控系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)主通風機的自動啟動、停止及在線監(jiān)測和保護功能。該系統(tǒng)采用主控PLC和西門子MP377觸摸屏組成監(jiān)控模式,由主控臺、UPS、輔助設(shè)備控制分站以及壓力、溫度傳感器等組成。
1、主控臺:
(1)PLC控制器:采用數(shù)字量輸入模塊采集現(xiàn)場的開關(guān)量信息,包括高壓開關(guān)柜斷路器分、合閘,頻敏變阻器短接接觸器閉合等信號,潤滑站油泵電機運行信號,冷卻泵電機運行信號,立風門、平風門、反風門的到位信號;開關(guān)量輸出模塊負責控制高壓合閘、風門啟/閉、潤滑站的啟/停、冷卻水泵的啟/停,立風門、平風門、反風門的啟/停;模擬量輸入模塊負責監(jiān)測進風口風壓、潤滑站出口油壓等;實現(xiàn)主通風機的主軸承溫度、電動機定子的三相繞組溫度、軸端軸承溫度信號的監(jiān)測與保護;對主通風機配套潤滑站的油溫、油位、壓力、流量信號進行監(jiān)測和保護。
(2)上位機:以西門子MP377觸摸屏作為核心部件,是系統(tǒng)的主控設(shè)備和操作主界面,實現(xiàn)“集控”狀態(tài)時的設(shè)備開??刂坪瓦\行顯示,包括開機界面、風機控制參數(shù)設(shè)置界面、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控總界面、主風機監(jiān)控界面、稀油站、冷卻泵監(jiān)控界面、 高低壓配電系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控界面、 高壓繼電保護參數(shù)設(shè)置界面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊狀態(tài)圖、操作與報警信息歷史記錄表。實現(xiàn)以下功能:
1)實時顯示、記錄所有的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),繪制歷史曲線,并提供歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢。
2)根據(jù)監(jiān)測到的負壓、差壓、溫度信號,計算主通風機的風量,繪制實時主通風機特性曲線、功率風量曲線、綜合效率曲線,并提供歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢功能。
3)實時顯示系統(tǒng)的報警信息,實時報警打印,并提供報警歷史信息查詢功能。
4)與高壓綜合保護裝置通信,實現(xiàn)對高壓開關(guān)柜的遙測、遙控、遙信、一次回路及故障狀態(tài)監(jiān)視、電能參數(shù)包括有功、無功、頻率、電壓、電流、功率因數(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)測。
