BENTLY 330130-040-00-00探頭和利時自動化平臺，通過核心的MACS-SCADA軟件，來集成自主開發(fā)的生產管理系統(tǒng)（MES）、設備管理系統(tǒng)（HAMS）、生產監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)（LK和LM系列PLC）以及智能配電控制器，同時還可以集成外購的視頻監(jiān)控和通訊調度子系統(tǒng)。 本文從系列產品角度分別介紹了和利時各種主要軟硬件產品在選煤廠綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的應用。 2.SCADA軟件 和利時早在2000年就在國內創(chuàng)新式地提出地鐵綜合監(jiān)控的概念，其核心軟件 MACS SCADA在地鐵、流程工業(yè)、天然氣行業(yè) 、選煤廠等行業(yè)有著成熟而廣泛的應用，該軟件具有以下特色： ? 分層、分布式結構； ? 跨平臺，服務器采用穩(wěn)定可靠的Unix，用戶界面采用Windows； ? 開放性，可與MES系統(tǒng)及通訊調度等系統(tǒng)無縫集成； ? 大容量，數據點規(guī)模在50萬點以上，并僅受限于硬件 ； ? 3.MES軟件 和利時生產執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)，被評為 2010年度中國工業(yè)軟件優(yōu)秀方案獎。該系統(tǒng)在石化、電力、化肥、氯堿、焦化、化纖、能源、交通、水泥、啤酒、酒精、糧食加工、制藥等諸多領域有著廣泛應用。 該系統(tǒng)包括與生產直接相關的子系統(tǒng)，典型的有：生產計劃、生產調度、生產統(tǒng)計、生產監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)，還包括幾個管理子系統(tǒng)：能源、設備、質量、生產技術、產品跟蹤管理子系統(tǒng)。 通過使用MES可以減少和消除數據錄入時間、提高數據完整性、減少生產數據統(tǒng)計工作、減少書面作業(yè)損失、縮短制造周期、降低庫存量和在制品、提高產品質量。
